With the new year just around the corner, GSC Game World shared their plans and promises for 2025. The developer's New Year's message included updates on several projects.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 continues to receive improvements. A significant patch (1.1) addressing over 1,800 bugs was recently released. While new content is still limited, a roadmap outlining future additions is anticipated in early 2025.

Fans of the original trilogy also have reason to celebrate. A next-gen patch is in the works for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Legends of the Zone collection on consoles, with details to be revealed later. PC versions are also slated for updates, likely incorporating modern enhancements.
GSC Game World encourages players to enjoy the holiday season by playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, whether starting anew, continuing their progress, or finally completing their journey. They expressed deep appreciation for the unwavering support from the community, calling it "a miracle of the Zone."
