Single-Player Action Game Tides of Annihilation Revealed During Sony’s State of Play 2025

Unveiled during Sony’s State of Play 2025, Tides of Annihilation emerges as a thrilling single-player, narrative-driven action adventure game crafted by the innovative minds at Eclipse Glow Games. The game promises a dynamic blend of “intense, breakneck combat, an immersive narrative, and an unforgettable setting.”

Set against the backdrop of a modern-day London devastated by mystical otherworldly forces, players step into the shoes of Gwendolyn. As you navigate through the city's iconic landmarks, you'll summon spectral Knights of the Round Table to aid in combat against enemies drawn from the rich tapestry of Arthurian mythos. The game challenges players with battles against colossal bosses, each as towering as the skyscrapers they loom over.

Eclipse Glow Games, a fresh studio nestled in Chengdu, China, and backed by the financial might of Tencent, brings together a powerhouse team of over 100 developers. These creatives have a storied history, having contributed to renowned franchises such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin’s Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia.
