Reverse: 1999 Version 1.8 Update: "Farewell, Rayashiki" Arrives August 15th!

Prepare for the "Farewell, Rayashiki" update, launching August 15th, 2024 in Reverse: 1999! This massive update introduces new characters, story content, and more. Read on for all the details!

Bidding Adieu to Rayashiki

The main event, "Farewell, Rayashiki," begins August 15th and runs until September 16th. Hard mode unlocks August 22nd, offering rewards like Clear Drops and Cornerstones. Complete the first chapter of the main story by August 15th to receive the Gift of the Stars (600 Clear Drops and 5 Picrasma Candy).

Beyond the main event, Version 1.8 also includes: "Journey to North," a two-part event offering seven free Unilogs. Part one runs from August 15th to 29th, and part two from August 29th to September 19th.

New Characters and Banner Events

Two new Arcanists join the fray: Vila and Windsong.

• Vila (6-star, Plant Afflatus): A powerful support character with healing, purification, and damage buff capabilities. The "Ode to the Utopia" banner featuring Vila (and boosted 5-star Avgust) runs from August 15th to 29th.

• Windsong (6-star, Star Afflatus): The "The Intersecting Lines" banner, featuring Windsong (and boosted 5-star Sweetheart and Blonney), is live from August 29th to September 19th.

• Rerun Banner: The "Yearning of the Water" banner, featuring 6-star Shamane and Spathodea, returns September 1st to 14th.
