Redmagic's new 9S Pro phone, launched in China, is soon to get an international release on July 16th. This powerful device features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, UFS 4.0, and LPDDR5X RAM, available in four configurations with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage.
We've reviewed several Redmagic devices before, and a review of the 9S Pro is coming soon.
Powerhouse Potential, Game Library Question Mark
A potential concern with the 9S Pro's impressive specs is the availability of games that can fully utilize its capabilities. While Apple devices boast recent next-gen titles like Resident Evil 7 and Assassin's Creed Mirage, the 9S Pro will likely focus on existing mobile games, such as MiHoYo's titles or high-fidelity games like Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. Considering a potential price point around £500, this might not be enough to justify the purchase for some gamers.
