Mastering Crew Recruitment in Citizen Sleeper 2

This guide details how to acquire all crew members in Citizen Sleeper 2. Remember, while recruitment is usually straightforward (accepting their offer), success in Contracts or events can influence outcomes. It's possible to lose or miss crew members. Initial Crew:

Serafin and Bliss are automatically added to your crew and are not tied to any achievements. Note that Serafin is generally unavailable for Contracts.

Juni:

Juni is initially a temporary crew member encountered on Hexport. Permanent recruitment occurs after completing the Idle Minds clock at Solheim Records. A cutscene follows, leading to a Contract. Agree to Juni rejoining your ship.

Recruiting Juni unlocks the Data Archaeologist achievement.

Yu-Jin:

Find Yu-Jin on Far Spindle after completing the Getting Wracked clock (four "Order a Wrack" selections at Gaia’s Gyre; 16 Cryo total cost). A Contract follows, and completing it allows permanent recruitment.

Recruiting Yu-Jin unlocks The Freelancer achievement.

Luis:

During the Aphelion Beacon Contract, choosing to leave Yu-Jin behind opens the opportunity to recruit Luis.

Recruiting Luis unlocks the Signalchaser achievement.

Kadet:

Kadet is initially encountered on Far Spindle after completing the Spindle Core clock. This unlocks a new drive and Stripline Express. Complete the subsequent tasks, triggering a cutscene. Travel to the Scatteryards to recruit Kadet.

Recruiting Kadet unlocks The Spindlejack achievement.

Femi & Nia:

Recruiting either Femi or Nia is a choice; only one can join. You'll meet Nia on Hexport and Femi on both Hexport and Floatsam. A Contract to ensure Nia's safety leads to the choice between them.

Recruiting Femi unlocks the Big Brother achievement. Recruiting Nia unlocks the Little Sister achievement.

Flint:

After your first visit to Olivera, a Contract unfolds, involving Flint's disappearance. This leads to another Contract requiring swift action to set a trap. Follow Xander to rescue Flint and subsequently recruit him.

Recruiting Flint unlocks the Fugitive achievement.
