Parallel Experiment’s Steam version faces delay, will now simultaneously release with the Android and iOS versions in June

by Logan Feb 28,2025

Eleven Puzzles' cooperative puzzle game, Parallel Experiment, has been delayed. Initially slated for a March Steam release, the game will now launch on June 5th, simultaneously on Steam, Android, and iOS. This delay allows for the inclusion of all planned features, including optional puzzles and the mobile version, ensuring a complete and unified experience across all platforms. Cross-play functionality will be available at launch.

Players take on the roles of Ally and Old Dog, detectives embroiled in a sinister experiment orchestrated by the Cryptic Killer. Solving interconnected puzzles, requiring teamwork and communication, is key to progressing through the narrative.

Over 80 challenges await, ranging from deciphering codes and manipulating water systems to computer hacking and even interacting with an inebriated individual. The game's noir atmosphere and comic book art style enhance the immersive, time-sensitive mystery.

ytBeyond the core puzzle-solving, players can engage in cooperative retro-style mini-games like darts, claw machines, and match-three challenges. Dynamic dialogue with NPCs adds depth to the investigation, and mischievous elements, such as screen-shaking and notebook doodling, allow for playful interaction between partners.

Parallel Experiment boasts five times the content of Eleven Puzzles' previous title, promising a significantly enhanced cooperative gaming experience. The game launches June 5th; visit the Steam page for further details.
