Fortnite's latest update introduces the exciting Outlaw Keycard, a collaborative feature encouraging players to team up and complete challenges to unlock new areas and rewards in Battle Royale. This guide details all the Outlaw Keycard upgrades available in Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 2: Lawless.
The Outlaw Keycard's progress is tracked within the Quests section of Fortnite. Completing Community Quests upgrades the keycard, unlocking increasingly valuable rewards. While the full extent of the Outlaw Keycard's potential is still unfolding, here's what we know about the available upgrades:
Common: Unlocks Black Market back rooms upon completing the initial Community Quest. Expect enhanced loot, including Mythic and potentially Exotic items.
Uncommon: Achieved after completing one Quest, unlocking Black Market back rooms. These rooms offer improved access to high-tier items compared to standard Black Markets.
Rare: Awarded after five completed Quests, adding an Outlaw Chest to Black Markets.
Epic: Unlocked after completing ten Quests, allowing you to purchase loadouts directly from NPCs.
Legendary: Reached after completing twenty Quests. Guarantees a Legendary item and one Dill Bit from Outlaw Chests.

To unlock these upgrades, you'll need to participate in Community Quests. The first quest requires players to collectively rob Fletcher Kane of his gold by looting Vaults across the map. This is a collaborative effort, and completion may take several days.
