Obsidian Entertainment's highly anticipated role-playing game, Avowed, is set to deliver a smooth gaming experience on the Xbox Series X, with the capability to reach up to 60 frames per second (fps). Game director Carrie Patel shared this exciting news with MinnMax, although she did not elaborate further. However, fans of the Xbox Series S should note that their version will be capped at 30fps, as previously announced.

It remains uncertain whether Avowed will feature the now-standard performance and graphics modes. Typically, a performance mode offers 60fps with reduced visual quality, while a graphics mode provides 30fps with enhanced visuals.
