As we approach the weekend, devoted Monster Hunter fans unable to access their PC or console for Monster Hunter Rise can still indulge in their creature-slaying passion. Niantic's popular AR game, Monster Hunter Now, has just rolled out its latest update with the arrival of Season 5: The Blossoming Blade.
The update introduces new monsters to the roster, with Glavenus and Arzuros making their debut. To encounter these beasts in the wild, make sure to complete your Season 5 Urgent Quests. Additionally, participate in Hunt-a-thons for more frequent encounters with the elusive Glavenus.
For those ready to dive into the hunt, there's good news: a new set of buffs and balances is on the way. The Sword & Shield combo is receiving an attack boost, and its movements have been refined to enhance your combat skills. For a detailed rundown, check out the full blog post!
Missed out on previous seasons? No worries! Coming soon, Monster Unlock Quests will give you the chance to encounter monsters from past seasons. Plus, with new skills like Shared Sword and Raw Power, and the upcoming Event Exchange Hub set to launch on March 17th, there are plenty of reasons to jump back into the game and experiment with new hunting strategies.
