TreesPlease Games ended 2024 on a high note, announcing that their merge game, Longleaf Valley, has successfully planted over two million real-life trees thanks to its players. Every virtual tree planted in your in-game valley has directly contributed to the growth of actual forests worldwide, a feat doubled from 2023's efforts, thanks to the combined efforts of players and the Eden Reforestation Project. Longleaf Valley's downloads also doubled in 2024, according to TreesPlease Games.
This success reflects the studio's founding mission: creating games that protect nature and combat climate change. Launched in 2019, Longleaf Valley, their first mobile game, perfectly embodies this commitment, earning them the Best Purpose-Driven Game award at the Playing for the Planet Awards in November 2024. To celebrate this incredible milestone, TreesPlease Games is hosting a special event.
The Treellionaire Cup is now live! Compete to climb the leaderboard, secure a podium finish, and earn bonus tree tokens. As 2025 begins, Longleaf Valley is launching a Veganuary campaign throughout January. Collect adorable baby animal rewards and enjoy in-game content inspired by the official Veganuary Cookbook. This campaign highlights the link between animal agriculture and deforestation, subtly encouraging players to explore more eco-friendly dietary choices.
Download Longleaf Valley from the Google Play Store and join the Treellionaire Cup championship! Merge items, collect animals, and battle the forces threatening natural resources.
