Idle RPG "Destiny Child" Prepares for Return

Destiny Child is back! Originally launched in 2016 and archived in September 2023, this beloved title is being revived by Com2uS, taking over development from ShiftUp.

A Fresh Start?

Com2uS and ShiftUp have partnered to create a brand-new Destiny Child experience – an idle RPG! Development is spearheaded by Com2uS's Tiki Taka Studio, known for titles like the tactical RPG, Arcana Tactics. While retaining the original game's charm and iconic 2D character art, Com2uS promises a completely revamped gameplay experience.

Remember the Memorial?

Destiny Child's initial launch was a hit, praised for its captivating characters and real-time battles. Following its closure after almost seven years, ShiftUp released a memorial version allowing players to revisit the game.

This memorial app, while not the full game, lets players appreciate the stunning character illustrations and reminisce about their favorite Childs. Access is restricted to players with pre-shutdown accounts, requiring verification codes linked to previous game data. It's a nostalgic trip down memory lane, preserving the Childs and their classes, even without the battles.
