Teams from across the globe, spanning from the Philippines to Brazil, are set to compete fiercely in seven regional leagues.   • Indonesia Kings Laga: Group Stage (11th-18th May), Playoffs (30th May, 1st June)
  • MY Honor of Kings League: Group Stage (18th April-25th May), Playoffs (6th-8th June)
  • Philippine King League: Group Stage (11th April-25th May), Playoffs (6th-8th June)
  • Wildcard King Series: Group Stage (16th May-1st June), Playoffs (6th-8th June)
  • Major East League: Group Stage (17th-20th April, 24th-27th April), Knockout Stage (2nd-3rd May), Major Last Call (4th May)
  • Major West League: Group Stage (17th-20th April, 24th-27th April), Knockout Stage (2nd-3rd May), Major Last Call (4th May)
  • Honor of Kings Brazil Championship: Group Stage (16th-18th May, 22nd-25th May), Playoffs (31st May-1st June, 7th-8th June)
