Epic Games' recent Fortnite update, introducing significant UI changes, has sparked considerable player discontent. While the update included new content, cosmetics, and pickaxe options (welcomed by many), the quest UI redesign has proven particularly controversial.

The new quest system organizes quests into collapsible blocks and submenus, a departure from the previous list format. Although some players appreciate the cleaner visual aesthetic, the added layers of menus are causing significant frustration. The time investment required to navigate the new system, especially during crucial moments in-game, is a major point of contention.
