Tokyo Game Show 2024: Final Fantasy XIV and Neverness to Everness Take Center Stage
This year's Tokyo Game Show (TGS 2024), running from September 26th to 29th, promises a thrilling lineup, with Square Enix leading the charge. The publisher has confirmed a strong showing, including a major reveal for Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV) and several other highly anticipated titles. Hotta Studio also joins the excitement, marking the official debut of its open-world RPG, Neverness to Everness (NTE).
For FFXIV fans, TGS 2024 will feature the highly anticipated Letter From the Producer LIVE Part 83, hosted by Naoki Yoshida (Yoshi-P). Expect detailed discussions on Patch 7.1 and a sneak peek at the game's future.
Square Enix's presence extends beyond FFXIV, with showcases planned for Final Fantasy XVI, Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake, and Life is Strange: Double Exposure. While presentations will include both Japanese and English text, audio will be in Japanese only.
Hotta Studio will utilize its TGS booth to immerse attendees in the world of NTE, themed around the game's "Heterocity" setting and offering exclusive in-game items. This marks a significant opportunity for fans to get their first official look at NTE.
