Blox Fruits Dragon Update – Planned Release, Reworks & More

The highly anticipated Blox Fruits Dragon Update is finally on the horizon, almost a year after its initial planned release. Get ready for a massive update packed with exciting new features, improvements, and visual enhancements.

A Glimpse of the Dragon Update's Features

The Dragon Update brings a significant graphical overhaul to Blox Fruits. Expect stunning visual improvements across the board, from islands and models to animations.

Several Third Sea islands have undergone complete revamps, boasting new textures, buildings, models, and structures. These reworked islands include:

  • Port Town
  • Great Tree
  • Hydra Island

Performance improvements are also a key focus. The update incorporates new Roblox performance tools to optimize the game for all devices, aiming to eliminate lag and performance issues for players on mobile, consoles, and PCs.

Gameplay enhancements include a visually updated NPC quest indicator and idle animations for all NPCs. Chests and their interactions have received visual and animation overhauls.

Combat has been refined with guns now visibly displayed on player models, along with visual and gameplay upgrades for all guns. Mobs now feature knockback and stun animations, and a red glow indicates successful hits (mirroring the effect when a player is hit). Observation has also received visual and sound improvements.

A new Ability HUD makes it easy to track ability cooldowns, preventing accidental button mashing.

Release Date and Upcoming Trailers

While an official release date remains unannounced, the release of this information strongly suggests the update's imminent arrival.

The first trailer, showcasing the new guns, is scheduled to drop sometime before December 1st, 2024. Subsequent trailers will delve deeper into the update's content. Stay tuned!
