The Emergence mission in Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point and represents a significant shift in gameplay. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall in a toxic gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") in the Director's office. More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility via another grappling point to the left of the elevator. Answer the ringing phone. Find four documents and place them in the file display area.

Manequin "chases" will occur; sprinting and keeping distance is key. Document locations: corner desk, left side near round table, small center table, cafe near sink. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Find the glass chamber with camera stands and locate the Blue Card. Defeat the spawning Mimic (it disappears; shoot moving objects to reveal it).

Collecting the Red Card

Go to the East Wing (marked on your map), following red carpets to stairs. You'll find a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the top, jump into the pool, and swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders and clear zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code (unique to each player).

Turn all drain switches within 25 seconds (one in the starting room, one in the unlocked room, one accessible via the grappling hook). After draining the water, follow the Mangler to a final confrontation, obtaining the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards at the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone, leading to a final battle with zombies and the Disciple. This culminates in a hallucination sequence, concluding the mission.
