Buzz Lightyear est un déverrouillage gratuit de la boutique en jeu, arrivant au niveau de puissance 11 avec son gadget (turbo boosters) déjà débloqué. Il manque de pouvoirs et de vitesses star. Son gadget permet un tableau de bord rapide, utile à la fois pour engager et s'échapper. Son hypercharge, Bravado, stimule temporairement ses statistiques et est disponible dans tous les modes.

Le mode laser excelle au combat à long terme avec un effet de brûlure. Le mode Sabre prospère dans les quarts de près, chargeant son super tout en prenant des dégâts. Le mode Wing fournit une approche équilibrée, mieux utilisée à moyenne portée.
Quel mode de jeu convient le mieux à Buzz Lightyear?
La polyvalence de Buzz le rend efficace sur divers modes de jeu. Le mode Sabre brille dans les cartes des quartiers étroits (épreuve de force, grabe gem, Brawl Ball), tandis que le mode laser domine les cartes ouvertes (knockout, prime). Son effet de brûlure en mode laser entrave la guérison ennemi, ce qui en fait une force puissante même à faible santé. Notez que le buzz n'est pas disponible en mode classé.
