The Road Guardians project gets a major upgrade! A new app offers a streamlined and improved user experience.

Join the Road Guardians initiative and help save lives!

Launched in 2016, the "Road Guardians – Our Shared Road" project aims to raise awareness and deter unsafe driving practices. As of January 1, 2023, the project is managed by the "Safe Path" association.

Anyone 18 or older can download the Road Guardians app and start reporting traffic violations.

Using the app is quick and simple: activate it before driving, and when you witness a violation, initiate a report. Reports can be triggered via voice command or by pressing a Bluetooth button on your steering wheel. The app automatically begins recording video and audio evidence of the infraction.

This evidence is sent to a control center staffed by experienced volunteer traffic monitors. After review, the driver receives a "letter on the way," including a link to the recorded video. Serious violations posing a life-threatening risk are immediately forwarded to law enforcement.
