The IIA'SI BILET app makes using shared public transportation simple and convenient.

The IA'ȘI BILET app is a travel platform provided by the Iași Public Transport Company. It lets you handle everything you need for a smooth public transport experience.

You can use the app to buy travel tickets with your bank card, find the best route for your trip, and see real-time locations of lines, stops, and vehicles on a map.

Once you create an account and link a transport card, you can top it up with travel passes directly in the app using online card payment. You can also check your card balance and active travel tickets at any time.

One account can manage multiple transport cards, and you can top up the e-wallet, buy new subscriptions, or extend current ones for any linked card.

After buying, validating, or undergoing ticket checks, you can review a full history of your transactions.

Eligible users can apply for a subsidized profile right in the app by uploading required documents. Once approved online or in person, you can order discounted or free travel tickets through the app.

Organizations partnering with the transport department can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

When buying a ticket, nearing its expiry, or after other card actions, you can choose to get push notifications or emails.

The app helps travelers find the fastest route from point A to point B using live vehicle locations.

You can start your trip from your current location or another spot on the map. Choose your destination by entering an address, point of interest, station name, or by dropping a pin. You can also pick a previously searched or favorite location.

The app shows walking time to the nearest stop, vehicle arrival times, and total trip duration.

You can save frequently visited places to a favorites page or via the home screen search, making future route planning quick and easy.

Real-time updates show which vehicle to take and alert you when it's time to switch lines.

View a line’s full route or just one direction on the map, save favorite lines, and receive alerts if service issues could affect your trip.

On the lines page, search for a route and see real-time vehicle locations for each direction.

Select any stop from the home screen or a line’s route to see all lines serving that stop and their upcoming arrival times—including the next three departures and the full schedule.

Find the transport company’s ticket offices on the map, along with their opening hours.

The app is available in Romanian and English, based on your device’s language setting.
