Doom 2099 es una tarjeta de 4 costos y 2 poderes. Su habilidad: "Después de cada turno, agrega un DoomBot 2099 a una ubicación aleatoria si jugaste (exactamente) 1 carta". DoomBot 2099 (también de 4 costos y 2 poderes) tiene la habilidad: "En curso: tus otros DoomBots y Doom tienen 1 poder". Fundamentalmente, esta mejora se aplica tanto a Doom 2099 como al Doctor Doom normal.
Jugar una carta por turno maximiza el potencial de Doom 2099. La colocación temprana produce 3 DoomBots, lo que agrega una presencia significativa en la junta directiva. Un juego óptimo puede convertirlo en una carta de 17 poderes, aún más con la extensión del juego de Magik.
